Endodontic (Root Canal) Specialist
Dr. Tzachi Abramowitz manages the Endodontics Department at the Hebrew University and Hadassah Hospital Faculty of Dentistry, Jerusalem.
He holds 30 years of experience in dentistry, 20 of which are as a specialist in root canal treatments. His rich experience, academic and practical excellence, and top level professionalism are applied to each and every treatment.
Dr. Abramowitz completed dental studies in 1988, qualifying from the Goldschlager School of Dentistry, Tel Aviv University. There he specialised in the field of Endodontics (root canal) and holds certification from the Israel Ministry of Health to perform dental treatments under sedation and general anaesthesia.
During the course of his years of work, Dr. Abramowitz served in multiple leading roles in the field of root canal treatments, including:
- President, Israel Endodontics Association
- Director of the Department of Endodontics, Hebrew University and Hadassah Hospital Faculty of Dentistry, Jerusalem
- Manager of the Endodontics Specialists Program’s clinical courses and specialists programs
- Student facilitator for research in dentistry with specialisation in root canal treatment.
- Member of the Endodontics Professional Examination Board for the Israel Dentistry Science Commission
- Member of the Ministry of Health National Dentistry Examination Board
Dr. Tzachi Abramowitz participates in numerous conferences in Israel and abroad, and lectures in diverse professional forums. He publishes research articles and book chapters on Endodontics.
